i need how i make player community manager
the groups id in my server is 1*2*3*-1*-2*-3* only plzz help me

I don't get your question quite well, but to make more groups till GOD, put this
data/XML/groups.xml

Stop talking

You're using roxor I guess, if you don't know how to do it through phpmyadmin then download another distribution that does it through xml ( TFS ). Just copy a selection from your groups table and change what you need to for a new group
