NPC what attacks players

It's possible to make a NPCs who attacks peoples with outfit id xxx in area 4sqm from npc?
But other players without outfit xxx can buying items and normaly talk with him?

Really? I think it could be "true" or "1". Look this:

        if(readXMLString(root, "attackable", strValue))
                attackable = booleanString(strValue);

Var type - Boolean == "true" or "false".
