Can some one tell me how i open ports in windows 7 ?
i have opened ports in the router but cant find out how i open it in windows

ISP = Internet Service Provider.

The internet service provider has nothing to do with opening ports, I would recommend Cyko's over yours, just opening the ports manually through your router's default gateway

Some ISPs will block ports 80, and a few others because some users simply cannot be trusted.
For example, some guy in his basement on an ISP's network and uploading illegal copies of movies/music makes the company liable, and raises costs for the company that they aren't compensated for.

AT&T will also be blocking content based on hashes or other fingerprints to stop piracy soon.
