Svargrond map bugs - Is these bugs present in all RL maps?

I was wondering... I have some map bugs on my RL map, like these: (I will put images link, to lighten the topic), just click the bug and the image will open.

This part of Svargrond had no monsters at all. I've added some Frost Giant and Frost Giantess to fill the emptyness

Svargrond mines are veeery bugged, there are no spawns there, and the map is heavily bugged as well, result of a bad map tracking

These barbarian hunts have no spawns. I've added spawns to the first one, but the second I haven't.

The positions of bugs can be seen in the right bottom corner of the pic, so you can check if those bugs are present in your map

i dont have those bugs coz my map is 99% like RL
