PVP-E Real Map Project [8.70]

Hello Otland,
for the past few days i was thinking to develop a brand new
Rl-Map. I have started mapping and changing Thais to give it my own style.
There will be custom monsters and quests added!
The server will be mostly for guild wars and rpg.
Im looking for the folowing...​

As i mentioned, the server will be 8.60
Exp rate 400x
Skill rate 300x
