As the title say, How can that gamemaster cannot see ip OnLook player? Also Hp/Mp.

Go to your Data -> XML -> Commands (Open with notepad) and change the access level on OnLoop Player to GOD or Admin.

If he dont wanna change gm to something another group id he can change the Flags
