It's basically like scripting, some takes 2 minutes, some take 5 hours, if you really wanna succeed you gotta work as hard as you can, no matter how long it takes, by the way I'll be looking forward for some more pictures. Keep em coming please

Alright! I made a river using only RAW, I'll post it later so that you guys can tell me what you think. I admit that it looks really good. If people could comment on the big snow map I posted that'd be awesome. Putting it up on a ot server soon so I want it to be as good as possible!

So, this is the river I made using only raw. Looks ok? I know that it doesn't have the best shape but that doesn't matter, just did something really quick. :D

looks way better than if it was autobordered, doesnt look 10/10 but its definatly an improvement, also keep in mind that rivers dont separate much until they go into the ocean and stuff so try to keep them close together.

I'd give you a 7/10 for improvement and potential. Keep practicing

Thanks! About the boat, do you want me to remake it and make it look more like a boat or should I just delete it off the map?

Well boats are annoying to make, I think its easier just to edit it, also. fix the 'ice' under it, it's just a bunch of squares, and make the mountain not so straight, also even tho players can't see inside the mountain you still gotta fill it all the way inside because sometimes, players can see ;P
 
Hey guys! I totally remade the boat, here's the result. Mapping with snow is really hard and was probably not so clever to choose as a first mapping attempt. Anyways, I'm working hard to finish this map and I will probably be done in one or two days. Tell me what you think, thanks bye

It for sure is a lot of work to map with snow :P You should add some snowy stones instead of the usual ones without any ice/snow on them, there are middle and big sized of them. Also the coast is a strict line, try to alternate some.
Gotta say I like the ship's interior though!
