Attackspeed where to change?

Hi,
I changed some time ago and i dont remember how to set it oryginally. In Data/XML/Vocations i have attackspeed=1000. Is that correct? If no, where else can i search for attackspeed?

2000 means 1 attack / 2 seconds

so lower it ;p
