1. What changed in the source that the skull was a normal system and this was also the exp for killing, such as if the PVP + PVP ENFO.

Don't use rev 3884 or 3777.

The latest one is always the best.

Anyway about 1st question, i was reading this function yesterday and as far as i saw it's just about settine rateExperienceFromPlayers to any number higher than 0. I might be wrong here.
