Depends on how much knowledge you have of the product, a friend of mine has his HTC HD 2 for almost a year and it isn't really much slower or something like that.
 
obviously iPhone is the best phone out there, however, it's so freaking expensive(made in China for 100bux, sold in USA for 1k+). I myself use HTC Google N1 and I am very happy with it, it offers me everything I need and android, from my points of view, has really good market + everything is for free, even when it isn't. Saying that it is slow is the freaking most stupid thing I have ever heard, I got 1GHZ processor and it literally flies! The only cool for me known feature which iPhone offers and ANdroid doesn't, is skype video calling, that would be kinda cool :D And ehmm... Nokia? wtf? It's crap, not a phone. Nokia is dead and far behind iPhone(mac)/Android.

Depends on what you are looking for.
Stability is best to to found with android, which will make it go to HTC (Desire/HD2/Desire Z).
If you are looking for a strong phone, there's a phone released which can be driven over by a tank and still survive.
For a big processor and good looks, iPhone wins, not saying it's a bad phone, but it's not the best, either is HTC.

You can't just simply call iPhone the best released phone, it doesn't even support flash, which equals the Android store to iPhone widgets.

It's true that almost everything is for free in the android market, but do you really think that apps is really good and fun?
There are tons of free apps in the app store (istore) and I think these free aps are even better than the paid apps in the android market.
I'am not tryin to say that iPhone is best because of it's apps.

It's not only the apps that makes the iPhone 4 good, it's also how stable it is. I this frickin cool iPhone don't even lag for a second and it's fast like hell. It has a good camera (Full HD With LED flash) , with amazing Retina screen ( 960 x 640!!).

Also, you'll be able to have an amazing security app - You can use find my iphone app, if you lose your iPhone, you can easily track it using your computer to see where your iPhone is. You can lock it, send message via the internet to your phone.
 
I have just purchased the iphone 4. The graphics are really great, it's fast and it's really easy how everything works and where everything is located.
The only thing where I am afraid for is the fact that an iphone will probably be death if it falls.

The Nokia is on average a mutch stronger phone than the iphone 4, but in my opinion (I have had 2 times a nokia) it's hard to understand how everything works. Haven't seen the N8 yet, so Idk if that has been improved.
Every Nokia I had, were "a bit slow" (the nokia n96 is fucking slow and it crashed a lot). Still the greatest thing on an android phone is that you haven't to pay everything for an application, if that's important to you.

My vote (remember I haven't got in touch with the N8) goes to the Iphone: fast, nice graphics and it's user-friendly.

Hope you will make a clever decission.

That's what I've been saying before, lol, I just stated this for the people who care about the app store.
Camera isn't one bit important for a phone, it's a fun extra, but just to compare, HTC Desire HD has a Dual-LED flash and is FULL HD, with same resolution as iphone4 for recording.
HTC doesn't lag either and is more stable than iPhone (4) if it's using android, which can easily be installed if you currently have windows mobile on it, but the most recent HTC phones comes with Android 2.2/2.3 (upgradeable).
 
why do you all think that iphone is the best phone?
just want to know :P

Like tell me things whats better with an iphone than android phone
