Yeah, took me 3 hours.

i dont like the fonts and the colors but, the idea is pretty good

Change the font, don't use strokes/font outlines so much, if you're going to make some kind of decorations, make them quality ones, these are pixely as hell (atleast give it an antialias touch).
Imo guilds isn't the important part of the server aswell, so it really shouldn't be above the rest of the content (unless it's some kind of guild pvp-e war server, which I doubt). Too many layer effects overall. Unnecessary strokes and shadows Header doesn't really fit the layout.
Basicly, try working on the things I've pointed out, don't take them as flames, rather constructive criticism.

I know I over-use so much stuff..

& the header I was supposed to change the colours, was in a rush to finish and that was the last thing. Hah.

Simple and Nice 8/10
The only part I don't like is the Navigation bar. Maybe change it a little bit.
make the font a bit smaller. I recommend using Flashvortex.com create for Buttons, Navigation bars.
