Ladies and Gentlemen,
This picture is just a blip of our humanity,
This is called Hubbert's Peak:
This peak shows our oil production in history, present, and future. As we know that everything that is made; your clothes, your house, your computer, your food, your water, your electricity, pretty much your life, is depended on oil. Of course, Oil will not just "run out" because all oil production follows a bell curve. This is true whether we're talking about an individual field, a country, or on the planet as a whole. Oil is increasingly plentiful on the upslope of the bell curve, increasingly scarce and expensive on the down slope. The peak of the curve coincides with the point at which the endowment of oil has been 50 percent depleted. Once the peak is passed, oil production begins to go down while cost begins to go up.
In practical and considerably oversimplified terms, this means that if 2005 was the year of global Peak Oil, worldwide oil production in the year 2030 will be the same as it was in 1980. However, the world’s population in 2030 will be both much larger (approximately twice) and much more industrialized (oil-dependent) than it was in 1980. Consequently, worldwide demand for oil will outpace worldwide production of oil by a significant margin. As a result, the price will skyrocket, oil dependent economies will crumble, and resource wars will explode.
Civilization as we know it is coming to an end soon. This is not the wacky proclamation of a doomsday cult, apocalypse bible prophecy sect, or conspiracy theory society. Rather, it is the scientific conclusion of the best paid, most widely-respected geologists, physicists, bankers, and investors in the world. These are rational, professional, conservative individuals who are absolutely terrified by a phenomenon known as global "Peak Oil."
Within this little blip of our humanity, we are living in a very rare time where our oil gave us a much better life. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are and will ever be the richest humans ever known in the history of Earth. No one before the 1900s and sometime after 2080 had and will live a wonderful lifestyle like we live today. Sorry people, we ruined our lives, we damaged our self with greed, with hatred, and selfishness. We took all of the oil like pigs. We blew our chance of having further space travel, we blew our chance of living longer and we blew our chance of having a very promising future.
You might think oil is not important, if you think so, then you wouldn't be alive. Oil is a non-renewable resource, meaning it can never be recreated (exception, it can be recreated but it would take thousands and thousands of years, so it just became declared non-renewable). You have to realize how POWERFUL oil is. Put it this way, 1 gallon of gas is equivalent to 500 hours of human work. There are no other resource known to be able to replace oil.
So, guys, as the global peak has been reached or is nearly reached within a few years, we are going to start a very stressful and financially difficult time in our lifetime, so, better start going to school and getting a good job to save up some money because you will need it to live for the rest of your life.

Remember, this is NOT a lie; media hides it to prevent scarcity.
