Compiling [pk] bug

I have a problem in my 0.3.6pl1 source

if player 1 attack player 2 (player 1 took white skull) and player 2 fight back (player 1 wont get a unjust kill )

if player 1 attack player 2 ( player 1 took white skull) and player 2 dont attack back
(player 1 got unjust kill )


Some one know how fix this?

player 1 take skull on player 2 player 2 can attack back and enter dp
but when player 1 killed player 2 when he fight back he Must get unjust kill too!

Is the real deal. Nothing wrong imo. If the player fights back he is set as a "yellow skull" if i am not wrong?

Uhm yes i did

When a player fight back then you can make 10000000000000x kills and not getting red skull

Maby now u understand it

Well a yellow skull is basically a self-defense mechanism for the marked character. If you attack someone then someone totally unrelated starts killing you, you have the right to kill them without penalty because they will have a yellow skull - but what's happening is the person who he STARTED attacking cant attack back without getting a yellow skull.

Hmm i never saw that becouse evrey players attack back... so you will never have red skull.. or he need 1hitted
