How do i, "unnamelock" somone?

you enter the database and change their name to their old name.
Or you namelock them again and ask them to use their old name again (not sure if this works tho).

The account manager get's namelocked if you put UseAccountManager = "no" in the config.lua. Just change that to UseAccountManager = "yes" and you'll be good to go.
