Windows Mysql Problem cannot load bans! Rep++ for helping

I get this error

[07/03/2011  16:58:30] Failed to connect to database. MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
[07/03/2011  16:58:30] > ERROR: Couldn't estabilish connection to SQL database!

Make sure MySQL is running, if it's running then try setting sqlHost = '127.0.0.1' in config.lua

didnt work and didnt understand make sure mysql is running do i need a software? and its 1/1 to create account

You need XAMPP or UniServ .
