what is better? Nginx or Lighttpd?

Which one protects ur website more against website offline everytme because of people dos or flood or something?

and ur a noobie that crash some1 else server.
Go try to crash the websites of the best servers.
and Im sure u found a exploit in my gesior thats why u can crash it everytime

nginx because it performs better under heavy SYN floods

Nginx requires some more experience. If you want to run one simple website - use lighttpd. You can limit SYN packets using iptables entries - it won't make you completely safe, but you will be safer.
