How do I use mods?

I downloaded mods, but have no clue how to use them! Help please

in your server you have a map called mods if not make one, and put mods in there

Make sure you add them as mod_name.xml in your mods folder.
/reload actions , /reload creaturescripts (or /reload anything) will reload them.

I am using version 8.5. See no such a thing, thought you could just import the monsters etc with remeres, i added the scripts to the monster folder, but no monsters, and my god account has no commands as well!

k, then add a file in your server and call it mods

Under Data or where do i need to place it? and after that do I just put them in the file and they will work?

... The whole server folder, with all dll's and the whole server engine, just rightklick/new/file

No file, but directory to be exact. Also, it won't work if your server didn't came with "mods" directory by default. What server did you tried?

I used the forgotten server, but it didn't come with one...

If it didn't came with mods directory by default, then its pretty more than sure that it will not work. You have to use forgotten server, but newer than 0.3.5/0.4.
