onUse gives 30% more exp?

Hi guys
I need a script that when use item id 6467 it says 'Now you have 30% more experience!' and the exp increases 30% for who have used it!
Can someone do it for me?

Oh, and it needs to be 1 hour of duration, when 1 hour passes, he will receive a msg 'You don't have any extra experiencie anymore'

i know that need to have a storagevalue, so , it can be: 69440

where do I put the 2 scripts?
and what in .xml? its strange :S
and reading the script i saw it uses config.lua exp, will It be usable by expStages?

it'll work fine with stages, that was a typo and i couldn't edit it since the thread got closed
for the xml part, something similar as in shawak's thread should work

something is wrong
when i use rate = 1.0
it gives less exp than the normal
lol
