I cant use acc manager ingame ;s helpp

WELL I INSTALLED GESSIOR ACC MANAGER AND NOW PLAYERS CANT ENTER ON ACC MANAGER INGAME
THEY SAID ME THAT ILL NEED TO ENTER TO THE DATABASE AND CHANGE something..

BUT I CANT ENTER PHPMYADMIN !!!
I CANT ENTER TO XAMPP CONTROL PANEL BECAUSE WHEN I PUT LOCALHOST OR 127.0.0.1 IT SEND ME TO THE PAGE NOT TO XAMPP CONTROL PANEL ;S
fuckk you xampp !

ok i can acces the database now but..

i cant use accmanager in game ;S
since i download gessior acc i cant use acc manager D;
and i cant create account on page too ;S

how can i use acc manager in game and make acc in website too?

change to acc manager in config.php .... something (true instead of false)

go to your config.lua in your server folder, and change accountManager = false
to
accountManager = true
