Make changes to UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1 in the "config.php" files and leave layouts "index.tpl".


Any idea doque might be?

htdocs >config.php and search for "$config['engine']['charSET'] = "UTF-8";" and change it to "$config['engine']['charSET'] = "ISO-8859-1";"
