[PHP] include problem

Ok, i suck in php even in simple things, im trying to use include function but it just dont work, and i dont know why i think it should be working fine but it doesnt, im using UniformServer. So o hope some one can help me with that ...

• In index.html

• In Google Chrome

• Now in firefox i don't even see the <!--> thing

• Thats what i see in all the browsers

I shall be seeing that.
