Port? or Network fail?

TFS 0.3.6pl tibia 8.54

I can login into my server with my no-ip ip. And my ordinary ip. But my friend with another ip cant. It shows the error 10061 or something.. Sometimes it shows the 200002 error for me, but i just restart the client a several times and then it works. My brother with same ip can login with no errors..

In my config.lua i put my no-ip ip in the "ip: *ip*".
I've opened all ports:

7171-7172
80
8080
3306
I have Xampp started.
The ports are activited.

What is the problem? ;/

u need put in config.lua

the ip that is in number,

example: 120.038.12482

Some people are using their no-ip IP in config.lua and they can host..

you should always use 00.00.00.00 ips' in config =)
It's less glitchy

if u rly want to have it so other people will join ur server, just do what I said.
