Is there anyway to check a players storagevalue with one talkaction or something?

Example:

/strvcheck Eric

Erics strv:
449491, 1
4190491, 1
1023910, 1
1029310, 1
559191, 15

^example like that...
If the storagevalue is under 0 or 0 then dont show..
