Windows Other Players Cannot Login?

Hello, It seems that when I'm hosting, other players cannot login, but I can as a hoster.
I have forwarded all of the ports and stuff, but still the same thing happens..
What is wrong?

and check whatismyip.com to get the ip needed

I did all fo those things.
and changed in config
and changed the ipv4 in router access thing.

You may have some issues with your router in general, try to contact the creator of the router or your ISP if you received it from there.
Can people connect through another network type, such as hamachi? Or from the same network as you (LAN) in general. Try that and if they can you can exclude the open-tibia server and start focusing on your router (gateway).
