Let me start off by by introducing myself!
My name is Joel, aka - Arcadoor. I am the one the only true Arcadoor. aka(Arccy, Arcadoor, SEXY Arcadoor)
I have been involved in the Tibia gaming community for nearly 10 years now, I have spent more time in game and working on servers then I could wrap my poor little mind around.
A bit about me;
As stated above, I have been playing the game for nearly 10 years now, I have had years of experience being a Admin, GOD, GM in many servers.
I have spent the last 8 years pursuing web design and graphic arts as a hobby and will shortly be going to university for web design/programming/software development.
I love the game, have been a constant avid OT player in the community for years now, I have a genuine respect for the game and have never stopped learning new things about it and attempting to better myself as a player and a staff member. After years of making other peoples servers successful, and unsuccessful after I left haha, I have finally decided that I would like to put together a great team and build the next best thing.
The new server I plan on starting with a chosen few will be a game that players will want to keep coming back for. I will not post my ideas in this thread, if you clear the first and second interview stages then you will be informed as to the direction and details involving the server.
As of now, I would like this server to be a high-exp server, but keeping all the traditional values that Tibia has. (approx. X 2500 - 3000 exp rate)
I will be looking for people that can: Map, script, web development, and deal with mysql/database.
As a fellow admin, know now that I am one of the most understanding, dedicated and loyal people you will get the privilege of working and playing with. In saying that, I expect nothing less then the same from you...
I do not tolerate liars, people that steal, immaturity, recklessness, and hackers. No questions asked. If I find at anytime you overstep boundaries and are dishonest I will pursue and deal with the matter in my own hands.
I however, plan on finding a great staff - build some solid trust between us, and more importantly great friendships for years to come!
As a Admin here (4-5 chosen few), there will be great server perks, and BIG benefits to the chosen few. I will not demote an admin at any one time. I understand people have lives, and can't be at every beck and call for me, that is not expected. However, I do require you to be able to provide me with at least 2 days out of your week. Days you can devote to server development and in game play.
So now that you know what I'm about, lets move forward with the interview stage of things.
I don't want any one question answers. Anything I get that is crap, will be treated as such. Be as detailed as possible, take your time. (I will make it worth it)

Q: If you see a player Illegal Advertising in the server, what would you do?
Q: What should you do about a botter?
Q: A player is claiming to have been scammed. How do you solve this situation?
Q: What steps would you take to recover "lost" donation items? (take good note of the quotations)
Q: There is a claim of a Tutor - GM power abusing. How would you go about dealing with this?
I hope the staff here does not remove this thread. This is legit, I know there is a bit of info missing in regards to the server, but it is still pre-beta stages - please be patient!
