Light Healing fail formula 0.3.6?

Is it supposed to be like this when I cast light healing spell?:

I am a sorcerer level 9 with level 1 in magic level and heals 5-10 hp? I used cykotitans spells formula for tfs0.3 still the same healing .. 5-10

If you're magic level is 0, yea.

light healing should heal min 10 hp.
at least that's how it used to be before cipsoft remade the entire spell system.

nonono....
if he raise so it heal more powerful than the min value, that means he will heal like UH with light healing.
The healing formula should be lower than min value until he reach magic level 4 at least.

In tibia.wikia it says that exura is 1/10 of exura vita xDD

yeah, but increasing the formula of your light healing to make your damage value at magic 1 higher than minimum allowed damage would make your light healing become 1337/10 of exura vita xD
