Windows When Starting TFS 3884..

When I start The Forgotten Server [8.6] Revision 3884, it says "Cannot find libsqlite3-0.dll"

Anyone have this?

mkay, i've been trying to find those, where are they?
#It seems that almost every other REV has a "lib" folder in the private subversion other than 3884.. =/
