Windows Xampp/ports

So i am having a small kinda major problem with my ports, since i can't afford to buy a dedicated server atm ijust wanted to try start my old on my computer but i can't figure out what router i got... the thing is i'm using "fiber" (swedish) wich means i'm not using wireless so Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model - PortForward.com didnt help me at all, anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know whether these images are relevant, but we can't see the details in them.
If you do have the router (in this case I have no idea what is used there), it's brand and model must be on the label.

I just wanted to show you that Xampp doesnt work when i try to run it also i can't start apache for some reason... and i havent open 7171 / 7172... might be why?

cannot start apache? something must be runned on port 80, skype or whatever. test run xampp with port 8080, but you should add to adress: http://localhost:8080 or stop process on port 80.

apache is on 80 if you use skype change the port in skypes setting to get apacthe to work!
