Lua Lib folder .. idk where it is...

I'm kinda non-pro ot maker just good at mapping and creating quests/story lines

but I want to add achievement system to my server and idk I think I messed things up

I'm using
theforgottenserver-v0.2.11pl2-win32console

and I keep seeing scripts that I've to put in data\lib
but I can't find that there...
I can only find a lib folder inside the actions folder and another lib inside globalevents, and the other stuff too

can someone help me xD im trying to add that event but idk if it will work

I believe that the "killing in the name of" would only work on 0.3.6 and 0.3.7 aka 0.4.
If I am wrong, please say so
