Windows How can I avoid these side spaces in tibia window?

When I open tibia in WIN 7 , these side spaces appears and I cant get rid of them " unlike win XP " so anybody can help me viewing full tibia window screen without pressing ALT + ENT.

When you upgraded to Win 7 did you also happen to upgrade to a widescreen monitor?

I already have 19 Inch monitor, do you think that's the problem?
