Official means it's not some shit created in GTA IV. It's the trailer published by Rockstar, get some knowledge before you hate -.-

My mom didn't want to buy GTA IV for me [18+] because she saw me always killing people for no real reason while playing san andreas when I was like 7 lol, she's like "but its too violent" my response "fak u betch buy me dat shet" lol joke about my response but took me a while to convince her to buy it for me.

The trailer didn't convinced me, probably because trailers were never my thing, I'd rather see gameplay rather then fancy scripted events
 
They game is done already, so its coming in May 100%. Like they always do before E3. Very smart move
