The mana fluids will cost 1000/backpack and they will give 80-120 mana each.

We don't see this as a problem.
His server was not even good and it doesn't matter if he reset it over and over again because he wont get any players that way.

edit: i'd also change exp a bit. make it 5x after level 100 then 3x after 120/150 or some shit, 10 seems a little high to be the rate throughout imo

Don't use exp stages, old-school servers with exp stages almost never work. If you do lower the exp rate keep it the same throughout all levels.

10x isn't exactly lowrate. still really easy to level in the beginning and even the super highrate ots end up lower than 10x in the end. i'm gunna play anyways just giving input based on what i've seen from the majority of the oldschool community here (lower ending rates, alot of people don't like 150's and 200's running around etc)
