Yes, go to the 'withdraw' tab. If you have a card linked to it, then you can. If not, you will need to verify your account.

Thank you will check it. it says it cost 1.5euro:P something to verify accoutn so i should pay?

I would do that in order to avoid a blocked PayPal account in the future.. If you are receiving money to that account ofcourse :p
