Windows need help with my rl map 8.70 ot

ya um the command's arnt working cant make item's or go /a or /m,/c,Ect
was wondering how can i fix this problem?

Cant make my Group Id 6

And i cannot use any command's

for my 8.7 distro all i need is group 2 and acctype 5. just look at your commands.xml to see what you need to use certain commands

just put gruop_id 2 is for Gm and that should work.
