If you get your skills to 100/100 (what I always do before PGing my knight in any server) then PKing and everything will go so much easyer.
I know it's hard to resist war and all that, but you should definitely train until 100/100 and bring your shielding for gods sake up!
your shielding should be higher or equal to your weapon skills, FOR SURE. train in full defence

does slow down your weapon skill what makes your shielding come equal

No it doesn't Actually it has nothing to do with that afaik...

Quoiting wikia:

Your shielding skill will subsequently rise if, in addition, you have monsters attacking you while bleeding your target at least once every 30 successful blocks. The creatures need not bleed you, nor must they be of a certain strength. Additionally, any creatures attacking you beyond the 2nd will not add to your shielding skill. Thus, 2 creatures is the optimal number of training creatures for shielding advancement.

Moreover, played a great event <Strat Walls> never saw this before but its a cool one xD its like 2 teams destroying walls till the end and the one who is faster will receive his reward

I don't really get you but the account manager is a bug in many otses with a few clicks I change my name to account manager or any name I want
