my name is Tony
ive been hosting ot's for about 8 years
ive had 5 ot's since ive first hosted
the longest ot ive had online was 2 years and 4 months and had over 450+ player's and made over 12,000$ in the time of it being online
i live in the united state's

I KNOW ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO HOST ALOT OF PLAYER'S BUT DO REMEMBER MY NEW COMPUTER IS COMING IN SOON ITS 8 GB RAM OVER 1000 MEMORY AND THE YEAR ON IT IS 2010 SO HOPEFULLY ILL BE DOING GOOD AGAIN!

If anyone has a good custom/real map/or anything good enough to host to have fun just pm or post a reply!

I want to make a possitive comment to all people that will see this...

Well, if you can see, the Rating of Windows Experience is 3.2... But what does this really mean?
It's an evaluation of the functionality of your PC, but it shows as "rating" the worst value.... So he can have the worst (3.2) on Graphics (like me, but I have 3.8), and it will not affect the Server.....

@realpwnz: i really think that you need to improve your net.... :S cause its slower than 69% of US.... I'm from Chile, and mine is better than 93% of Santiago (the capital)... Its ~50MB Download and ~3MB Upload... :S :O And Ping ~10ms

not this net ive only been using this net for about 6 months but my other net wich was 8 nets slower and i hosted 450 player's with this net and my new computer ill be able to host a rl map or custom with up to 600 player's...it doesnt matter how shitty ur net is it depends on the pc

with my other pc it has alot more gb ram over 8 gb ram and its like 70% better then this computer

Of course your net is very important, the conneciton speed... that makes difference if you have lag or you dont, learn about and back please.
The computer matters in ram and processor for the map and just a little on players but the speed of connection: INTERNET!

Yeah... But... on RAM depends all the scripts and internal functions of OT.... Server.exe -> Map -> Player -> Map -> Server.exe -> Data -> Server.exe -> Map - Player....
 
WOW dude your computer is to bad and i dont think that someone want to play 8.10 or 8.54.. and your internet is so slow
