Question regarding POI quest!

Does Pits of Inferno quest require premium account in tibia? I only ask this because i am running out of premium in 2 days and i wonder if i will be able to attend on any poi service as free account. I can't think of any reason why would you need premium account for that quest (it's on free account area, you don't need to levitate etc), but according to TibiaWiki (Premium required:Yes) you need premium account for that.
 
There is a place where you need to walk over, this spot checks whether you're premium or not.
A similar idea is the premium bridge on Rookgaard.

After making it to seals room, will i be able to return with teleporter in that house on graveyard? or it is only available after finishing the whole quest?

You have to complete just one seal.
