Today i changed my server from a company to other and now is banned for that? Maybe is an error or maybe the server was used by another ot in the past.
IDK fix that

He usually replies to e-mails, and doesn't work on Sunday!

Bingo. Like you said. He changed his IP address to the IP which was banned in the past.
