Suggestion Gif Avatars!

Because rumors says that a GIF file can be infected with viruses, and can harm a server by uploading it to the computer.
 
From what I know .gif files can store the code of a virus, but the only way the code can be executed is if someone extracted it from the image and executed it themselves. So unless whoever owns OtLand extracts and executes the code on the server there's nothing to worry about.
