Compiling error in compile tfs 9.53

Hello, I've been a long time compiling the version 8.6 without problems, but now when I compile a 9.53 my dev appeared many errors and did not compile, what do I do? what program do I download to compile the latest versions?

change uint64_t fee to double fee

player->balance -= (uint64_t)fee

try that.

or go back and change fee variable to uint64_t and remove the . (decimal point) after 100 in the equation (price / 100.) * amount

Visual Studio 2010 under MSVC compiler, but its not a compiler issue, its just a bug in the source.
