Important - Windows Vista problem

Hello.
I am using Windows Vista.

I am trying to host Cryaming Damson, any ot with (Mysql) that i KNOW works, but when i'll run the server it ends up.

'Failed connecting to database - MYSQL ERROR: Unknown database 'frozen' <1049>
> ERROR: Couldn't establish connection to SQL database!

Well, in config.lua my password is correct, database is correct, well actually everything is as it should be.

Now i'll try to run a server using 'SQLITE' Inside config.lua, well this is working perfectly without errors, I only except errors here installing my GESIOR webpage.
When running 'MYSQL' in config.lua on crying damson ots, etc etc, I am actually able to run homepage, but the server ends up with the problem as I mentioned first... I really don't know what to do to fix this, someone here knows anything? I will preciate your help if you know anything!

First error say that there's any database called 'frozen'. See if your database in phpMyAdmin is called frozen and not Frozen (or other capital letter).

AFAIK gesior doesn't work with SQLite.

So I'll tell you again, as i mentioned.
There is no basic problems...
No wrong with capitical letter, absolutely nothing.

EDIT: In the princip, the ot should been running, cus everything is correct.
