ibot was free till a few week's coz it was on beta, u'll prolly get hacked or banned with a free bot but well

blackdproxy is free

xeno,ibot, and redbot(this last is the most noob) are pay

do it yourself, i don't remember how blackd goes' but making 4 waypoints it's pretty easy on any bot lol
