Means what it says, it cannot locate the tibia.dat or tibia.spr for the 8.54 version. Did you get the installer from RME website?

Did you even opened it (the 8.54 client) after remere asked to browse the client? and else try to use the 8.54 client from the remere site.

You mean locate the folder that the files are installed on.
