Because It was Working Before I Edited Some Stuff In Actions - Movement - Globalevents - Everything Actully xD.

First of all you have never "Seen" me. You have just seen my post here on otland.
I posted what i said above to you because you go around recommending ot's you never have tried obv. You're the one that should leave this forum.

I Never Said Recommended On an Ot That i didnt Visit Before :D..
So you Know,Maybe i didnt Check everything that Ot Has,But I Definatlly Played it For a Small - Long Time.

This happend to me once, make sure that you find all folders actions/creaturescripts/movements etc... in the data, once i accidently moved movements folder into another folder so the server couldnt started i got a error report.
