Okay lads, I am trying to download ARMA II not pirated, but my net cuts down like every 1 hour so when that happens my download stops permanently and trying to press resume won't help (Google chrome)

So if anyone knows a browser or a way to resume downloads like torrents I'd be glade to rep :)

You can use Download Accelerators that support Download resume, may I suggest Getright?
 
Lol, I got this issue too, but it only happens at midnight, probably global inet in egypt :P

Not really every hour or so, it disconnects like 2 times a day, the game is 14gb which takes 20 hours to download from using 2mbps, everytime my net cuts I have to start over the download.

@Scarlet, sure I'll go check it out ;)
 
jdownloader, flashget, utorrent ( if it has ), also jdownloader has a plugin to resolve captcha codes
