Suddenly sometimes my server crashes out of the blue. there is no reason for it to crash. wtf is going on

Im using the 8.60 forgotten server 0.3.6 crying damson v5
And no i havent used any else because i can't seem to find any other 8.6 I would like to use TFS in that case. not lost server ~

No but i have heard that there is this error that if you spam some sort of spell while being in the wall the server may crash. Is there a solution for this? ._.

I am completely empty of ideas of whats causing this.
