First of all, I'm not the one that is trying to do mission impossible, it's one of my real life friends who is wanting to do this and asked me to help him find some information on how hard it is to do it, how long it would take and if it is possible?

Information about him:

He is morrocan, but born in England.
He has an uncle they're who is a permenant resitant.
He is 17, but wanting to move they're when he is 18.
He has no criminal record.
He has good grades.

Would appreciate if you help me, and no, I'm not a bieatch, I'm just a good friend of him who finds this impossible, but if it is possible.. wanting to support him.

Thank :)

I hope you're using google as well, I don't think there's a lot of people who know about the process here.

Yes, I tryed, but the things I found are not near to how old he is, and it is things about marrying somebody in America and so on.

If he is born in England, I believe he get's the British nationality by default.

And you don't need to process anything, as I believe some countries are able to visit any country without making a permission, and British nationality is one of them.

I am not 100% sure tho.

You aren't confusing it with Schengen Agreement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ?

Visit? he's talking about moving

If you visit, visa doesn't seem to be needed if you're an United Kingdom citizen
Vacation Visas and Visa Waivers

He doesn't want to visit, he went holliday for around 2 months there and really does want to live their.

I'm not sure about how he will supply himself with money though, $50,000/year is a heck of a lot of money for college.

Loans? :p

Tell him to find some hillbilly wife and marry her and he will get the rights to stay there I think xD

I am currently in college with a 22,000$ student loan debt, this is very normal, in fact 22,000$ is a pretty low number, no need to panic.
If you get good grades and get a job after you graduate, you will make that money back in no time.
That's the whole point of student loans, to help you get through college and a dream job. If there were no such thing as student loans, no one would be in damn school right now.

3 years of uni in england as an english citizen will cost you £27,000. On average. Most unis raised fees to cap of £9,000 per year. + you'll need living expenses (reisence at uni costs money + food bills, etc). Laptop=£700-1500? Course books = -/+ £200?

Also the rules in england is if you make it to 40 y/o without making the payback bracket (£20k/year) your debt is written off.

Otherwise % is taken from your bank until repaid.

And recently the penatly fee for paying off extra amounts has been removed. Now you can pay off more with no penatly. i.e. normally pay 5% and you win £1000. Debt is £1000 less with extra no penalty.

Also not sure about foreign uni loans. Maybe your bank will pay it and you will owe them, but the conditions would be different. i.e. no payback bracket and there mostlikely will be early closure penalties etc. Aswell as a higher % and interest

Haha, you couldn't be more wrong.

I wonder why foreign people loves America too much, I am a foreign myself and I find America horrible.

America isn't heaven and it's not what you see on TV or w/e.

If I had free time I'd visit some places like Monaco or Luxemburg.
