If I had free time I'd visit some places like Monaco or Luxemburg.

I've been to USA aswell, and it's certainly not the most fucked up place to study in (you should see public schools here and my country is OK compared to others).

America is hated on. But it is the population that you hold your "grudge" on. Not the nation. The usa as a nation is awesome. The lifestyle over there is far greater than alot of places. English unis are good academically but an american uni offers so much more - spring break n shit. Here we have summer (n even then its that shit we go abroad). So i would advise your mate to go. It'll be best decision they make

This is the comment I've been looking for, people tend to look at us the wrong way. They look at the government and automatically claim the country is horrible. Though, I don't blame them, our government has been laughable.

Eight option to get citizenship of USA is to bring few million dollars with you over there. I know that there are 8 options, one of them is to pay some random person to marry you for papers only, to get ability to live there. You don't have to live with her\him, you just need the papers. It's the easiest way so far, but ofcourse that man\woman will ask for some money doing it. After that, do divorce and boom But will cost you few thousand dollars
