Processor Fan sounds like Vacuum

Hello,

I recently bought a real shit computer in hopes to build it up.


The processor fan sounds like this;

Now I haven't cleaned it out properly yet, just blew a bit of dust here and there.

I heard that it was "broken" or something before, so I'm not fully sure what's wrong with it.
I'm gonna buy a can of compressed air and hopefully that'll fix things, but I have no idea.


p.s this is only using 20% of cpu

It's a single core processor & I was thinking if I had to replace the entire processor or just the fan?
When I turn it on and touch the processor it gets hot.

So I took the heatsink out and the fan and cleaned both, now the computer won't start, bought some new thermal paste, so waiting that to come through. =/

Nope I didn't, theres only one cable from the processor fan to the mobo which I plugged back in

The board works, it lights up etc =/

All fans are working, nothing seems wrong
Except the monitor doesnt connect (the monitor is fine because I use it dual-screen with my laptop).

You have to be very careful when doing that, take the CPU out again and make sure that all the pins are on their place, you might have fucked them up.

From what i've learned. Mostly watching videos.
Never, ever, under any circumstances should you touch the pins on the CPU, also make sure it's inserted correctly, and don't force it into place.
Just put it there and close the handle or w/e.

I'm not telling him to touch them, I'm telling him to check if they're not broken, like missing one or something.
