Processor Fan sounds like Vacuum

I'll probably order one today, but it's pointless if it still doesnt turn on with the thermal paste (which is coming today) so once I have it, I will try it, if it still doesn't work, I'll take it to the scrap yard and get a dollar, dollar, a dollar is what i need, yeah yeah.

If it's a stock heatsink then it comes with thermal paste applied.
The computer not booting at all doesn't have to do with the thermal paste. It's just that thermal paste helps the CPU conduct heat.

The computer is over 5 years old, so the thermal paste was wearing thin, it needed changing anyway.

I don't really have a broad view of sites available in the UK. But 530~ EUR for that hardware is definetly not worth it.

videographic card with 1-2 gb
mb cache 4mb +
500+ gb sata/ or what ver
Turbo processors
windows 7
But not knowledged in uk services but it can be much cheaper!
